Product Design and Engineering
This is where we turn your refined concept into a functionally tested and costed, production-ready design. We'll advise you on the most suitable approach for your product and ensure that it's technically feasible, suggesting adjustments to the design where necessary.
This may also involve developing block models, creating 3D CAD (computer aided design) models and perhaps building and testing a detailed prototype.
Working closely with our partners, we can design any specialist tools required to manufacture your product. We can also source suitable materials and components and help you find the most appropriate manufacturer either in our manufacturing facilities or a third party approved facility.
Prototype Manufacturer
We can provide the full service you would expect from a specialist prototype manufacturer, our CAD modelling and photo realistic rendering software packages will demonstrate aesthetic and functionality of your product and can also be used as part of your sales and marketing literature.
We will set up all processes required for prototyping including supply chain management in line with our ISO quality standards. Once we have manufactured your working prototype we will undertake testing and work with you to define and implement any design improvements that may be required.
